The interface is designed to coat silicon wafers and change theelectronic structure at the surface to ultimately allow electrons or holes totransport across the organic layer to a conducting layer. When exposed to lightand radiation of a specific range of energy, the photoinitiators are able toreact with the silicon surface, consequently.STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT: Prototype development and testing areunderway along with ongoing research.
