压电陶瓷传感器

IP Title
压电陶瓷传感器
Summary

This invention involves a kind of sensor used to detect markers in samples. The sensor uses high-frequency piezoelectric ceramic oscillator chip (500kHz-1GHz) as the inductor to detect the change of resonance frequency.

This invention involves a method used to detect and evaluate the number of one or more markers in samples by using sensor or array sensors. The change of oscillator frequency before and after sample introduction is related to the amount of markers captured by fixed capture molecules on the surface of ceramic oscillator chip. The procedures of this kind of method include: detecting an oscillator frequency before sample introduction through oscillating electric field added to sensor; introducing sample with sample loader and allow markers in sample to carry out incubation reaction with capture molecules; detecting an oscillator frequency through oscillating electric field added to sensor as the frequency value after sample introduction; comparing the change of frequency which is due to the mass or density of the surface material with standard concentration range, so that the contents of one or more kinds of markers in sample can be detected and analyzed.
Technology Application

This invention can be used to detect the level of markers in samples such as blood, plasma, urine and so on. The array sensor can simultaneously detect multiple markers. This kind of detection is not only limited to screening of a variety of cancer markers and early diagnosis of common cancer diseases, it also includes early diagnosis and prognosis of a variety of markers of heart diseases, detection of a variety of environmentally harmful substances which can be used for environmental pollution monitoring and detection of various biological warfare used in military and civil defense.
