The procedures of this kind of method include: detecting an oscillator frequency before sample introduction through oscillating electric field added to sensor; introducing sample with sample loader and allow markers in sample to carry out incubation reaction with capture molecules; detecting an oscillator frequency through oscillating electric field added to sensor as the frequency value after sample introduction; comparing the change of frequency which is due to the mass or density of the surface material with standard concentration range, so that the contents of one or more kinds of markers in sample can be detected and analyzed.
