本發明涉及一種動態調整工作頻率的計算機系統，其包含至少一處理器電壓調整單元、一頻率產生電路、至少一負載偵測單元與一控制單元，處理器電壓調整單元與頻率產生電路分別產生一處理器工作電壓與一頻率訊號，並傳送至處理器，負載偵測單元偵測處理器以產生相關聯於處理器的一負載的偵測訊號，控制單元依據偵測訊號產生一頻率調整訊號與一處理器電壓調整訊號，且分別控制處理器電壓調整單元與頻率產生電路，且調整處理器工作電壓與頻率訊號的頻率，而調整處理器的工作頻率，以達到動態調整計算機系統效能的目的。
