- For the storage of semen, the semen of the candate is taken directly into the already prepared storage solution, in the amount of 2 ml of the storage solution and 1 ml of semen. Subsequently, the semen storage solution is stored in a cooling device at 4 °C for 24 h. After the required period, the semen storage solution is removed from the refrigeration plant and injected into the activation solution. A storage solution with candate semen and subsequently candate eggs is brought into the activation solution. The amount of activation solution is 1 ml and eggs 2 g. In the activation solution, successful fertilization of eggs with candate semen occurs.
