The substance cis-4,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) -1,3-dioxolan-2-one according to the invention makes it possible to use the solvent propylene carbonate, which results in a reduced safety risk compared to conventional ethylene carbonate-based liquid electrolytes. The additive improves SEI formation and has high oxidation stability.
