- The microscope control software runs on a Linux operating system implemented on a Nvidia Jetson Xavier micro-supercomputer, runs on a world unique designed microscope equipped with the best mechanical solution and a 47-Mpx camera, allows a number of unique data collections, the most demanding of which is the time-lapse overfocused series of images allows to adjust the camera exposure, voltage on the high-power LED find the positions and ranges of the focus planes, set the z-scan range camera control (using the R, G, B histograms in the GUI), light intensity control, synchronize the light switching-on with a camera image collection (intermitted illumination), control the stage movement along the optical path, set the range of the in-focus planes, set the step along the optical path (min. 5 nm).
