- The technical solution refers to a retention system appointed for retention of water and radionuclides with a view to reducing the contamination of landscape, especially in regions with an agricultural production in arable land.
The task of a technical solution is a retention system for retention of water and radionuclides with a view to reducing the contamination of landscape which consists at least of one retention tank with a dam provided with an outlet equipment and a safety spillway, a component for absorbing the radionuclides, whose bottom contains a clay bed with a high storage ability of the radionuclides and at least with one water main into the retention tank provided with a distributing component and a by-pass drain which runs out of a border of a catchment basin of the retention system, and the component for absorbing the radionuclides contains a swamp vegetation element capable to cumulate the radionuclides and is placed downstream behind the water main.
