- The technical solution refers to the branch of culinary art, in concrete terms the marinade, especially for preparing the fish meat consumed cold.
This task is solved by making the marinade according to the enclosed technical solution. The marinade, especially for preparing the fish meat, contains the basic ingredients – sugar and salt. The heart of the technical solution is based on the fact it also contains lemon juice, lime juice and orange juice in the mutual proportion 1 to 1. The combination of these kinds of citrus juice increases the aroma of the fish meat. At the same time it removes the typical fish smell which is perceived negatively by some consumers. What is more the citrus juice has preservative effects.
The marinade profitably contains 300g sugar, 300g salt, 100ml lemon juice, 100ml lime juice and 100 ml orange juice. The composition of the marinade is very simple and cheap. The marinade can be easily made both in a kitchen at home and in restaurants. The marinade contributes to the increasing of the popularity of the fresh water fish meat by its pleasant and aromatic taste.
According to the presented technical solution the advantage of the marinade is it does not contain any preservative or stabilization substances and it contributes greatly to the increasing of the popularity of the fresh water fish meat consumed cold.
