Anti-recombinant canine thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) beta. Line 14H9.E4.A4
- Detailed Technology Description
- Applications Validated for use in IF, ELISA. Recognizes ovine, canine, equine, and feline TSH Beta Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH, also known as thyrotropin)is a glycoprotein involved in the control of thyroid structure and metabolism, which stimulates the release of the thyroid hormones. TSH is regulated bythyroid hormone (T3) and various retinoid compounds. TSH binds to thethyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR), which plays a major role inregulating thyroid function.
