Anti- Aspergillus fumigatus cell wall proteins, IgM monoclonal antibody panel (15 lines)
- Detailed Technology Description
- Applications Aspergillusfumigatusis a widespread saprobe that breaks down organic material in soil. The conidiaof this fungus are ubiquitous in the atmosphere and commonly inhaled. Inhealthy individuals, A. fumigatus cancause allergic reactions or localized infections. In the immunocompromised, however, it can cause invasive aspergillosis, an increasingly frequent andoften fatal disease. These monoclonal antibodies have been tested to ELISA and AF.
