*Abstract: This software is based on the discrete ordinates method, which can be used to simulate the scaning process of a computed tomography (CT) or x-ray radiography with a comparable accuracy but much higher efficiency to a Monte Carlo simulation, which is considered the gold standard of CT simulation. It can be used toestimate the organ dose of a parient who had a CT scan or a x-ray scan and to optimize the CT system.
