A single 3-ended input to balanced output 425 MHz mechanically coupled electromechanical filter is presented. This technology provides 1MHz channel select filtering while eliminating the need for RF switches in front-end transceivers. The filter is comprised of a radial disk electrically activated resonator driving a wine glass ring using mechanical coupling. This allows for excellent common mode suppression, stop band rejection, shape factor, and good insertion loss.
