Monoclonal Antibodies to Soluble Human MD-2
- Detailed Technology Description
- MD-2 is an adapter protein of an innate immunity receptor, toll-like receptor 4. Thirteen hybridoma cell lines have been generated that produce mAbs specific to soluble human MD-2. These Abs have been characterized and have applications in immunological assays and functional studies. Some of the mAbs cross-react with mouse MD-2.
