miRNAs and Congenital Diaphragmatic Disease
- Detailed Technology Description
- Technology describes a unique profile of microRNAs from the mir-200 family and mir-10a can identify and distinguish survivors of abnormal lung development and congential diaphragmatic hernia after prenatal tracheal occlusion. Technology also includes normalizing miR-200b expression before birth in a rat model of abnormal lung development and congenital diaphragmatic hernia dramatically improves lung development and outcome in newborn rats.
