- *Abstract
-
Currently, many drug-delivery systems/approaches have been used to target tumor cells/tissues. Cationic liposomes are one of the most common systems currently used in this regards. However, the existing liposomal delivery systems are associated with many possible limitations such as poor, non-uniform and heterogeneous accumulation, as well as reduced stability and circulation time. This invention discloses a novel magnetic nanoparticle construct for various theranostic and multi-modal imaging applications
