Investigators have developed novel mitochondria targeted NOS antagonist and novel mitochondria targeted antioxidants, including novel JP4-039 derivatives. These compounds have multiple potential uses such as radiation protection, radiation mitigation, bone wound healing, osteoporosis, etc. These compounds have better solubility that the previous compounds.These compositions of matter are related to Case 1198.
