Investigators have developed a novel isothemal nucleic acid amplification system based on using unique primers and primer positioning.Applications* Amplification of DNA, cDNA and RNAAdvantages* Not based on thermo-cycling * Visual readout* At least twice as fast as traditional PCR* Requires less primers than LAMP* Primers are easier to design than LAMP primers* Produces superior specificity and sensitivity to LAMPProvisional Patent Application filed
