Methods and reagents for generation of Gateway (Invitrogen) compatable, ccdB resistant bacterial strains
- Detailed Technology Description
- None
- *Abstract
-
Possible applications of this invention are the creation of Gateway compatible bacterial strains. Currently there are a very limited number of ccdB resistant (Gateway compatible) bacterial strains. This invention provides the reagents and methods of conversion of any desired bacterial strain into Gateway compatible. Other desired bacterial genotypes include various antibiotic resistance/sensitivity, relative DNA stability, DNA yield, transformation competence, and mutagenic.Non-exclusive license available as research tool.
