Summary: (I) Are useful as medicaments for treating disorders involving cannabinoid receptors, specifically for the treatment or prevention of glaucoma, bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, allergies (e.g. contact dermatitis or allergic conjunctivitis), arthritis, pain, organ transplantation problems, motor disorders associated with Tourette syndrome, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's chorea, malignant glioma, multiple sclerosis, emesis (and other toxic or undesirable side effects of anticancer chemotherapy), appetite disorders, acute schizophrenia or cognitive and memory disorders associated with Alzheimer's disease. (I) Are also useful for carrying out pharmacological tests for characterization of receptors and confirmation of agonist and antagonist activities (all claimed).
Novelty: New 1,1-dioxo-1,2,6-thiadiazine-5-carboxylic acid derivatives, useful as cannabinoid agonist/antagonist for treating e.g. glaucoma, asthma, allergies, arthritis, pain, emesis or schizophrenia

*Abstract
The invention relates to derivatives of 1,1-dioxo-1,2,6-thadiazine-5-carboxamide with chemical structure I and derivatives of 1,1-dioxo-1,2,6-thadiazine-5-alkyl carboxylate with chemical structure II, having cannabinoid properties, wherein: R1 and R2, which may be identical or different, are members of the group containing linear or branched alkyl (C1 C7), cycloalkyl (C5-C8), heteroaryl, aryl or aralkyl, in which the phenyl group can contain 1, 2 or 3 substituents from the group containing alkyl, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, nitro or amino; R3 is a member of the group containing hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl (C1-C3); R4 is a member of the group containing pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, morpholinyl, piperazinyl, alkylic derivatives of bicyclic[2.2.1]heptyl, linear or branched alkyl (C1 C7), cycloalkyl (C5-C8), heteroaryl, aryl and aralkyl, in which the phenyl group can contain 1, 2 or 3 substituents from the group containing alkyl, hydroxy, nitro, amino or halogen; and X is a member of the group containing hydroxy, linear or branched alkoxy, as well as the organic and inorganic acid salts thereof.
