This technology provides a method to prevent and treat liver cancer. The inhibition of liver cancer development was observed in a rat model by injecting both menatetrenone (a type of vitamin K) and phospholipids (preferably egg yolk lecithin or soybean lecithin). This compound can be formulated as tablets, granules, capsule, syrup, injection, or ointment.
