ORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT METHOD AND ITS APPARATUS

Summary
The organic-waste-water processing method useful also to the waste water treatment which contains an organic matter in high concentration.
Technology Benefits
This method is useful to the waste water treatment which contains an organic matter in high concentration like the domestic wasted water discharged from sewerage etc., zootechnics excrement waste water, and the factory drainage further discharged from a food factory, a white-distilled-liquor factory, etc.

Detailed Technology Description
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic wastewater treatment method and its apparatus which can realize a compact apparatus configuration without using bioreaction treatment, such as an activated sludge method and a rotary disc method which are a waste liquid treatment method, easy in maintenance, and can improve water quality with high efficiency at a low cost.SOLUTION: In the organic wastewater treatment method, water to be treated is made to flow through a magnetic treatment device to combine fine dispersible suspended solids in the water to be treated, and then the combined suspended solids-containing water to be treated is filtered with a microfilter. A stream of the water to be treated passing through the inside of the magnetic treatment device causes friction between a number of granular magnetic materials accommodated in the magnetic treatment device to generate magnetism, which generates combined suspended solids. The combined suspended solids-containing water to be treated is filtered with a number of granular filter media filling the filtration container of the microfilter, so that the combined suspended solids are accumulated on the upper part of the microfilter as sludge. The accumulated sludge acts as a filter medium.
