- PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED:To carry out mass production by releasing heat insulation block from a mold just after molding the monolithic heat insulation block integrated with a porous heat insulating board of a good water permeating property for the heat insulation block for heat insulation of a building rooftop and the like. SOLUTION: By using a manufacturing apparatus wherein a recessed part 8a for forming a leg part is provided at four corners of a bottom mold 7 capable of moving vertically in a recessed room 6 of an almost square state and a positioning component for positioning four sides of the heat insulating board 4 of a square state so that a corner part 4c of the heat insulation board 4 of a square state enters the recessed part 8a is provided, the heat insulation board 4 of a square state on which a motor 12 for bonding is placed, is inserted inside the positioning component. Further, a porous ready mixed concrete is put in the recessed room 6 of an almost square state under a state wherein the bottom mold 7 is drawn back, besides vibration is added and further the porous ready mixed concrete 13 in the recessed room 6 is compressed by pressurizing with a male mold 14.
