- SOLUTION: A well hole 42 is dug in a contaminated region up to the depth below the surface of underground water and first and second perforated vertical conduits 53, 44 are introduced into the well hole up to the depth below the surface of underground water in a doubly arranged state and first and second vacuum extraction pipes 33, 35 are arranged in the inside of the vertical conduit 44 so that the bottom openings thereof are positioned in the vertical conduit 44. Air is introduced into the second perforated vertical conduit 44 and, at the same time, the first and second vacuum extraction pipes 33, 35 are evacuated to suck air and a liquid from contaminated soil to feed them to the surface of the ground as a two-layered common stream. This two-layered common stream is separated into liquid streams and air streams on the ground to separately purify the separated liquid and air streams.
