- Summary
- Conventional water soluble material is able to dissolve in room temperature water, but this advantage of easy disposal also limits its application on occasions when the material comes into direct contact with water, such as water droplets from rain and on food surface. NAMI’s temperature controlled water soluble biodegradable materials are not only biodegradable and safe to the environment, but also water soluble with a temperature controlled dissolution property. It can be used without dissolving even when having direct contact with room or low temperature water (<50°C), while it can still dissolve in water at elevated temperature (>50-90°C, tunable), which greatly expands its application by being dissolvable in warm water for easy disposal.
