- Our present work will be to the first study to investigate the impact of two dietary flavonoids (quercetin and morin) on the expression of inflammation and oxidative stress markers and glucose intolerance or hyperglycemia in a novel mouse menopause model of human menopause. both quercetin and morin in particular, is effective improving glucose intolerance and generally alleviating vascular inflammation and oxidative stress in menopause mice.
