- Rational drug resign by fusing two biologically active motif as anticancer: coumarin with pyrazoline pharmacophore are successifly synthesized by using ultrasound waves (ecofriendly method) and convential method (simple condensation of 3-acetyle coumarine with hydrazine( or their derivatives) to give series of heterocyclic and biological active compounds in one or two steps only; cytotoxic screening using highly sensitive ATP biolumiscent method, explored highly cytotoxic novel series of compounds.
