Summary: The method is useful to inhibit growth of a cancerous cell and malignant transformation of a cell, where the cell is a solid tumor cell (claimed). The method is useful to treat e.g. colon and rectum cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, urinary cancers, uterine cancers, bladder cancers, oral cancers, pancreatic cancer, melanoma and stomach cancer. The ability of (I) to inhibit cancerous cell was tested in human. The result showed that percentage inhibition of cancerous cell by (I) was 60-80%.
Novelty: Method of inhibiting the growth of a cancerous cell/ inhibiting malignant transformation of a cell comprising contacting the cell with an RhoB protein or its variant
