Transceiver for Low Signal-To-Noise Ratio Packet-Based Communication Channels
University inventors have invented a transceiver which enables packet acquisition at low (< 0dB) signal-to-noise ratio without the use of external synchronization. This invention enables: Extended range in spread spectrum networks, Improved reliability of spread spectrum networks, and Low SINR operation for spread spectrum radios, without significant additional design costs.
