Systems for energy recovery and related methods

Summary

Current hydrogen production $4-$12 kg, this technology projects $1kg. This has the possibility for replacing oil with H2 for automotive energy. Current machines that produce work from energy are lacking in efficiency producing emissions to the environment of unnecessary proportions. This technology recovers previously emitted discharges and recycles them into a process for producing hydrogen through SMR. This is a bridge technology that uses current mature systems.

Technology Benefits

Existing Fuel Stations could deploy a modularized version for production of hydrogen and electrical power. Distributed generation in office buildings for H2 fleets/ EV fleets / grid power sell back/ building energy needs etc. This technology could easily be operated in the residential markets including remote locations. This technology has the potential of reducing auto emissions to near zero by producing and dispensing low cost hydrogen fuel at current stations. Hydrogen cars as well.

Others

The energy recovery system was tested on an internal combustion engine. This testing resulted in the radiator component being replaced with the vapour recovery module, resulting in regulating the engine temperature with heat recovery by vaporization eliminating a significant discharge of heat energy to the environment. This process statistically recovered 82% of the previously expelled cooling energy of a typical ICE by creating the working vapour.
