Summary

The invention discloses a catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation reaction. Of the present invention is the role of chiral catalyst, H2 of the prochiral unsaturated compounds to addition reaction to obtain the chiral product, wherein the solvent used in the reaction liquid polyethylene glycol compound. The method of the invention not only to the reaction system to achieve a homogeneous catalyst and product separation, recycling, and the polyethylene glycols used in the reaction medium is a safe, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly green solvents, reducing environmental pollution. Catalytic hydrogenation reaction with the existing methods, the conversion of the substrate and product enantioselectivity can achieve the same level of recovery in some experiments, the product which had been improved enantioselectivity; hand obtained of the product as an important pharmaceutical intermediates, has important application prospect.
