The present invention relates to nano-emulsions and powders wool, their preparation and use. In order to provide a simple and nano wool preparation of emulsions and powders, the present invention provides: a base catalyzed hydrolysis of treatment of wool, the protein emulsion was prepared, its further dispersion, emulsion or dry powder obtained protein nano. Obtained by the method according to the present invention, nano-emulsions and powders wool for treatment of fabric, such that the treated fabric in various properties such as thermal coefficient of UV protection ability and performance on the infrared is excellent.
