本发明的有益效果包括：1)采用接近衍射极限厚度的片光源激发细胞的自发荧光或非自发荧光，可以克服荧光显微成像焦深小的问题；2)仅有处在焦深范围内的细胞被激发，发射荧光，可以有效的降低荧光像的背景，因此能够有效的提高系统的灵敏度；3)细胞垂直通过激发光源，采用成像方向与样品流动方向平行的方式对细胞进行荧光成像，可以很好地抑制拖尾现象；4)该装置可以允许多个细胞同时被检测，从而可以提高系统的检测速度。
