A New Aqueous Diphase Solvent System for Preparing High-purity Polysaccharides
This invention relates to a new aqueous diphase solvent system for preparing high-purity polysaccharides.
The new solvent system succeeded in one-step separation of high-purity polysaccharide from the water extracts of Radix Astragali and Ganoderma sinense.
This invention also can be used in any possible preparation or purification of polysaccharide related natural products using counter-current chromatography or liquid-to-liquid separation.
This invention provides a new compound, comprising PEG and MgSO4 as a new aqueous diphase solvent system for preparing high-purity polysaccharides using counter-current chromatography or liquid-to-liquid separation.
