Anti- E. coli LacI (lac repressor) monoclonal antibodies (2 lines)
- 詳細技術說明
- Applications Suitablefor WB. Lac repressor (LacI) is a DNA-binding protein which inhibitsthe expression of genes coding for proteins involved in the metabolism oflactose in bacteria. In the absence of lactose, the Lac repressor binds to theoperator and keeps RNA polymerase from transcribing the Lac genes. Reacts with native and recombinant LacI expressed in E. coli or Arabidopsis. Predicted to react with multiple other species (seetable).
