*Abstract

This is a software platform for completing behavioral health screenings (questionnaires that assess symptoms of and impairment due to mental health problems). The specific problem it addresses is that behavioral health rarely makes use of objective screening tools over the course of treatment, and this leads to sub-optimal care. The purpose of this tool is to make it easier to implement such screenings and thus to improve the quality of care. It is not new technology or a new capability. It is a re-implementation of a toolset. A potentially unique component of this implementation is that it is entirely self-sufficient, and can perform a individual screening and produce a report with no network connectivity or need to connect to a external resource. It is implemented entirely within a web browser and so requires no new software installation.
