- *Abstract
-
Currently, many switching devices are used for routing signals in case of electronic measurements. MOS analog switches are among the most common switching devices used in this regards. However, these devices are associated with various possible limitations such as non-zero leakage current, high on resistance, parasitic capacitance. This approach discloses a novel micromechanical switching device having a small activation voltage as compared to prior art devices.
