- *Abstract
-
Currently used methods for the measurement of magneto-electric effects cannot be applied for compact communication high frequency applications. Moreover, the prior-art discloses an alternate method of measurement, wherein a high DC voltage is applied to a coaxial line device. However, such a method is highly risky as the high DC voltage can damage the device. As a result, no such device has been ever fabricated to date. The proposed approach enables the development and use of a novel device for the detection of magneto-electric effects through an assessment of permeability as a function of the high DC voltage applied.
