-
The innovators have developed a rabbit polyclonal antibody against human carboxyl ester lipase. Other antibodies against carboxyl ester lipase exist. But this antibody was made against a recombinant protein that was engineered to have the variable number of tandem repeats deleted. Many other antibodies the innovators have used react primarily with this region and were not suitable to detect carboxyl ester lipase variants with mutations in the repeat region. The innovators antiserum does not react with other pancreatic proteins.Validated Uses:Protein Immunoblotting, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISASpeciesHumans, Mouse, and RatAntibody TypePolyclonalAvailable for Non-exclusive Licensing
