An Interfering RNA Library for Discovery of New Disease Pathways
- Detailed Technology Description
- None
- *Abstract
-
This invention outlines the creation of interfering RNA libraries. It consists of two complementary methods for the generation of robust siRNA expression libraries. These can be used to identify optimal target genes in cancer, diabetes and infectious disease and can dissect mechanisms of drug action.Potential markets include pharmaceutical companies conducting high throughput screening of potential therapeutic targets.Non Provisional Patent Application Filed
