PEGASUS

- Was used for long time by the bigger telecommunication company in Brazil. This use was intensive during about six yeares, without legal authorization while it was being discussed in the Brazil Trade Mark Office (INPI). This great company was forced to stop using. It was a long dispute. There are still some outstanding issues, such as the existence of thousands of metal lids of manholes, with PEGASUS name related to fiber optic pipes scattered throughout the country.
This fact gave great publicity to the mark.
