Antibacterial and Antiviral Coating for PPE and Hand Sanitizer

Summary: To combat the life-threatening viruses, there is an urgent need for antimicrobial materials that are suitable for surfaces of different textures. NAMI’s patented antibacterial and antiviral (ABV) coating technology protects soft surfaces used in personal protective equipment (PPE) such as mask as well as garments against a broad-spectrum of bacteria (Streptococcus Aureus and Escherichia Coli) and Human coronavirus OC43 (HCoV-OC43), 229E (HCoV-229E) with efficacy more than 99.9%. A unique nanobinder system has been developed to make the coating not only durable, but also minimally affect the appearance of the coating surface, therefore the original properties of different soft surfaces are well-maintained.
