The present invention provides a simple and effective compensation for voltage transients of the reference signal generator, which consists of the relay, and the Butterworth filter, linking together, the input signal passes through the reference signal generator to generate a total low harmonic distortion, and phase of the input signal with a fixed amplitude reference signal; and a method for the voltage compensation circuit for compensating mutations, which consists of superimposing circuit, the present invention provides a reference signal generator, the comparator circuit, and controllable inverter circuit connected in sequence from its use of the reference signal generated by said reference signal generator with the error between the input signal voltage of the input signal to compensate for mutations. Existing test data show that the present invention provides for the compensation of the voltage reference signal generator mutations and compensation circuit is active.
