The utility model relates to an electronic device for helping blind walking and discriminating obstacles, which is worn on a head of a user. The utility model comprises an ultrasonic emission sensor, two ultrasonic receiving sensors, a control circuit which can generate ultrasonic signals, receive ultrasonic echoes and converts ultrasonic into acoustic waves and a pair of earphones, wherein the control circuit, the ultrasonic emission sensor and the ultrasonic receiving sensors are integrated to form a whole to be connected with the earphones; the control circuit comprises two amplifiers, two modulators and two low-pass amplifiers; the ultrasonic receiving sensors receive the ultrasonic signals; the ultrasonic signals are amplified through the amplifiers, enter the modulators to be synchronously modulated, then enter the low-pass amplifiers for gating amplification and finally enter the earphones to be converted into acoustic signals. By recovering reflected signals, the utility model can modulate the acoustic waves which can be discriminated by adults; by the listening of double ears, images are formed in a brain, and the utility model realizes that auditory sensation can replace part of the function of visual sensation; after the utility model is skillfully used, the discriminating ability of users can be improved.
