- The present invention relates to a fabric finishing auxiliaries function preparation and application method in which the fabric finishing functional additives contains nanoscale powder of natural protein fiber, the weight percentage of 0.5% to 5%; binder, its weight percentage of 0.5% to 1.5%; softener, the weight percentage of 0.5% to 1.5%; inorganic nano-functional materials, the weight percentage of from 0.5% to 2.5%; the balance is water. The preparation process includes: preparation of the additive; dispersing equipment through efficient dispersing the additive; well prepared the filter aids, to remove large particles and aggregates. By the present invention, nano additives of natural fiber powder finishing the fabric, natural fibers through nano-particles as a function of the main component reagent formulation was prepared as well as some inorganic nano-functional material may improve fabric properties such as UV, infrared (IR ) enhancement and anti-bacterial properties.
