Anti-Schistosoma mansoni Circulating Cathodic Antigen (CCA) Monoclonal Antibody (3 lines)
- 詳細技術說明
- ApplicationsValidated for ELISA applications.Schistosoma mansoni is one of threeparasitic neglected tropical diseases that causes Schistosomiasis. Infectionoccurs when skin comes in contact with contaminated freshwater in which certaintypes of snails that carry schistosomes are living. Circulating CathodicAntigen (CCA) can be used as a diagnostic tool by being present in urine ininfected patients with S. mansoni. an anti-CirculatingCathodic Antigen (CCA) monoclonal antibody that binds to this circulatingantigen in serum from individuals with a low level of infection of Schistosomamansoni, and does not cross-react with Lewis x epitope. Validated as aqualitative and quantitative method for the diagnosis of S. mansoni in individuals with very low level / pre-symptomaticinfection by S. mansoni.
