SOLUTION: This method for producing a coral-treated distilled liquor comprises at least a process for boiling and disinfecting a coral such as coral branch, etc., a process for immersing the disinfected coral in lye, a process for washing the coral with water and drying and then immersing the coral in a distilled liquor such as Awamori (R) (a kind of Japanese distilled white liquor), etc.
