一種攜帶式電算裝置之殼體結構，其一端供顯示屏幕樞接，殼體結構包括底座，底座具有上殼體及下殼體，上殼體具有多面上側壁，鄰近屏幕樞接處的相對上側壁各自設置結合凸部。下殼體具有多面下側壁，鄰近屏幕樞接處的相對下側壁各自設置配合結合凸部的滑移凹部，上殼體的內表面遠離顯示屏幕樞接處設有收容部，下殼體遠離顯示屏幕樞接處的下側壁設有卡固凸塊，上殼體的二結合凸部伸入下殼體對應之滑移凹部內，下殼體的卡固凸塊可滑移地扣接至上殼體的收容部。藉此，利用下殼體滑移地扣持於上殼體的方式，具有快拆更換殼體內部零組件之優勢。
