*Abstract: This innovation is a measurement device that can be added to an exsisting TVS device on PCB. It is capable of wireless transmission of measured information, storage of transient voltage information and digital events. It uses LCD and ink displays to convert the level of displat to visual display and uses time-modulated RC-resonance to wirelessly transmit the peak level of a transient event.
