In prior art, various attempts have been made to explore and understand the medicinal effects of marijuana unrelated to its psychoactive properties. As a result, various cannabinoidal compounds have been identified and experimented till date. However, identification of cannabinoidal compounds with nitrate ester groups have never been reported or studied. This approach discloses development and use of such novel compounds for various therapeutic/research applications.
